- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. For most of the orders that we ship internationally we use a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box with the dimensions of 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8". This box offers a flat international priority mail rate of $32.95 to Canada / Mexico and $47.95 to all other countries. - How is my U.S. domestic order shipped?
All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Orders that weigh less than 14 oz. will be shipped USPS First Class. Orders that weigh more than 14 oz. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Regardless of shipping method all orders are shipped with USPS delivery confirmation.
- What if USPS loses my order?
Doane Paper will be more than happy to offer you a USPS receipt with your delivery confirmation number as proof that your order was shipped but we will not issue refunds or exchanges for any lost order that is due to USPS error.
- Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes we offer a 15 day refund / exchange on all unopened products with proof of original purchase.

- Do you have a wholesale program for Doane Paper goods?
Yes we do. The initial wholesale minimum order is set at $200 for approved dealers. Please email us at sales@doanepaper.com for pricing and wholesale dealer info.
- Do you do custom products?
Yes any of our products can be customized with your brand / message. Please note all custom runs start at a minimum of 1000 pieces. Please contact us at custom@doanepaper.com for custom project info.
